Big Foodie was an innovative online takeaway platform that alongside offering traditional food delivery services, also enabled home chefs to sell their meals directly to customers.
Objectives:
Big Foodie were in the process of developing a brand new proposition and wanted a total redesign of the mobile website.
Design and simplify the meal-ordering process.
Process:
Created initial user flows, designed three design concepts, and iterated on feedback through usability testing and client collaboration.
Iterative design improvements made the ordering process faster and more intuitive.
Delivered annotated designs for seamless handoff to developers.
My Role:
I was the sole designer on this project, working with a team of developing working in an agile process.

Home Chef Profile
Every Home Chef would have a profile page with information on them and the dishes they are currently selling as well as a record of their previous dishes.

Site Map
Before starting any of the UI design, I went through the site with the client and afterwards created a site map to establish what pages were needed and where they would live within the site itself.
User Flows
I also developed User Flow diagrams to help understand how people would complete key tasks.
