I'm a Product person driven by a blend of enthusiasm and curiosity in everything I do. Based in London, and working remotely with global clients.

Empathy is key to creating great effective user experiences. I help clients in developing, launching, and refining products by focusing on user needs. This enables rapid testing, de-risking ideas, and refining features, leading to quicker learning and feedback. It ensures products align with audience needs, saving time and resources. 

As a specialist in digital product discovery and UX research, I utilise qualitative research to address customer problems and needs.

With 15+ years in sectors like Tech, Food, Sport, Web3, Non-Profits, Sustainability, Education, Telecoms, and Social. My background in Design, Marketing, and User Experience informs my understanding of audience needs. 

I began my career in Sustainability, shaping my ethos, and have a keen interest in health, wellbeing, and tech for good. I also have a deep love for nature and how everything is connected!
